I am really stuck, can you please tell how to do a wind turbine that is vertical. I dont need the blades for it. Just the hollow Frame and how do give wind load to the tower and to the bottom it is hinged to a concrete foundation.

* Select the members whose connectivity you want to change
* Go to Assign Menu>Frame>Insertion Point>cardinal Points

Nooops, Primavera v3 cannot be installed on Windows 7. I tried it myself but no luck, even compatibility settings didn't work for me. I think P3 and Win7 are not compatible in any way.
